We are capable of moulding most engineering grade resins. We possess the knowledge and equipments to achieve the ultimate material properties. Our training and preventative maintenance programs ensure top performance from our production employees and equipments and we have continuous inspection of shop floor to assure products are being produced to specification. We have 30+ new automated moulding presses that minimize cycle time and labor cost. All moulding operations performed in our temperature-controlled facility to ensure cleanliness and stabilized ambient temperature. We are also equipped with a Clean Room (equivalent to 100,000 containing) with HEPA filter, temperature and humidity control to satisfy more stringent product cleanliness requirements such as pharmaceutical and electronic parts and products.
